Refunds and Cancellations Policies:
If you
cancel your reservation you will receive
a refund according to the following
stipulations:
100% Refund: 60 days or
more prior to scheduled arrival date
50% Refund: 30-59 days
prior to scheduled arrival date
0% Refund: 29 days or
less prior to scheduled arrival date
We will
make every effort to re-rent the unit. If we
are successful in re-renting it during the
period you originally reserved, we will
refund the full rental fee. Whether we are
able to re-rent the unit or not, security
deposits ($750) and cleaning fees ($120)
will always be refunded.
